Draft, negotiate, review and consult various types of business contracts, Agreements, etc (contracts connecting with customers, contractors, suppliers, and investors).Draft, review business letter.Give legal advice, and provide legal analysis concerning the Company’s business activities (in field real estate).Prepare legal research, give legal advice, and provide legal analysis of business issues.Provide timely updates/analysis for the new rules, regulations, and control properly the implementations, and legal news internally.Provide legal advice concerning labor law and participate in labor dispute resolution.Prepare dossiers and participate in dispute resolution at the court related to deposit contract promises to buy and sell real estate to be formed in the future.Prepare dossiers and participate in the process of resolving brand design contract disputes at VIAC.Participate in the process at civil judgment enforcement agency related to the disputes mentioned above.Coordinate with outside lawyers for legal matters or issues of the CompanyContact competent Vietnamese authorities in connection with administrative procedures, legal issues.Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risk have been identified and actions have been taken for business operation.

Prepare dossiers for the dispute resolution process before and in court and participate in court sessions with lawyer (in fields: labor, real estate, land, commercial, property etc).Carry out licensing and post-licensing matters (Investment Registration Certificate, Enterprise Registration Certificate, Work Permit, Food safety certificate,...).Implement procedures to appeal administrative decisions (decide to discipline civil servants/civil officier; land appeal).Draft and review contracts, agreement related to the fields of real estate, labor, sell and purchase contract, service contract, credit contract, etc).Advise labor regulations for the Company.Draft and revise internal regulations for the real estate, IT, manufacturing and commercial company.Contact Vietnam State Bank in provinces to apply registration for foreign loans not guaranteed by the government and subsequent work according to the law.Give legal advice, and provide legal analysis concerning labor management (such as: transfer, labor discipline handling, and termination).Consult on tax finalization procedures for the Company, REP office of foreign trader.
