Nghi Son Refinery

- Receives work orders, obtains information, and gathers paperwork from NSRP Operations Supervisor or Mechanical Team- Ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition, calibration verification, correct and clean. - Reports to job-site punctually and observes all Inspectorate applicable federal and state regulations and standards, including safety and measurement standards.- Attends “Tool Box Meeting” with external personnel. Represents Inspectorate by appearance and conduct. Behaves ethically at all times.- Communicates any problems, discrepancies, or other noteworthy incidents to the NSRP Operations Supervisor and/or Dispatcher without delay.- Obtains work order requirement, verify and witness any testing as specified per job order.- Check and correct identifying data, including location of sample, material, type of sample, safety information, time collected, etc.- Promptly and accurately calculates quantities and completes all required paperwork and distribute copies appropriately.- Make and send daily report, daily inspection to QC Leader

Nghi Son

- Study and Understand Project specification requirement, Project Quality Plan.- Plan and carry out the PQR, WPS, Welder Test for Structure, Piping, Equipment…- Prepare and submit all quality control procedures, documentation to get approval.- Carry out all control activities provided for by applicable specifications and inspections and tests plans, specifications and applicable standards.- Record the result of quality control activities carried out, on applicable forms provided for by project and/or corporate procedures.- Ensure that quality controls are carried out by means of suitable instruments duly calibrated within established date.- Monitor suitability and good working conditions of measuring or testing equipment available.- Verify the implementation of system and/or project-dedicated procedures and work instructions.- Report to QAQC manager any inspection results, welding defect rate, discrepancy, NCR, manufacture problem, installation problem ... was found during inspection or unscheduled.- Support the quality manager and discipline supervisor in solving Non Conformities and Corrective Actions detected- Liaise with the Client's Quality Inspector as to Quality Control activities for the relevant discipline, reporting to the quality manager the relevant criticalities detected.- Record the result of quality control activities carried out, on applicable forms provided for by project and/or corporate procedures- Monitor suitability and good working conditions (together with Discipline supervisor) of measuring and/or testing equipment available by identifying the - Monitor on site to control all welding activities to comply with WPS and Project’s requirement.- Ensure piping fabrication process follow Method statement, Fabrication procedure and Project specification.- Carry out to inspection and make report during piping fabrication and welding at shop and site- Check and control NDT as per Project specification requirement

Hcmc

- Implementing QC division procedures, written inspection and test plan. - To study and implement technical specifications, drawings and procedures. - To carry out material incoming inspection and apply testing if necessary. - To feed back non-conformance to QC manager/QC assistant of manager and issue Notice of defects (NOD) if necessary. - To be aware of work requirements and to implement it. - To prepare inspection reports and QC documentation/Delivery documents .- To prepare Requisition Form (RF) for services carried out by third party and monitor their activities. - To instruct and train new staff of QC Dept if necessary. - To prepare welding procedure specification (WPS), inspection and testing plan (ITP), Non Destructive Test (NDT) plan for project if required. - To contact with Class society for WPS test, welder qualification test and certificate, material test, commissioning and sea trial if required or any other third party activities. - To visit workshop and site daily, inspect and control quality of product. - To suggest correction method if any quality mistakes on product .- Co-ordinate with other departments internally. - To promote the quality consciousness among our workers and staffs. - To carry out necessary NDT works and issue reports

Korea

- To carry out necessary NDT works and issue reports.- Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines.- Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.- Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.- Review all inspection reports for compliance.- Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.- Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested.- Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.- Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.- Coordinate with the customers QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.- Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained.- Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.- Attend the weekly QC meetings.- Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations.- The issuance of nonconformance reports in conjunction with the site QC manager.- The completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure The review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities
