• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments• Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff• Support the management in different tasks• Performs other duties as assigned

• Receive client’s publishing requests, orders, book requests, and special deliveries from our clients in the MENA region through emails and phone calls• Record all deliveries/requests in our online system excel sheets• Ensure the perfect execution for all exporting orders/packages• Attend book fairs and publishing events• Facilitate all financial bills and accounts• Support all the preparations for the main publishing/book events• Account management for social media platforms (SEO)

• Answer customers inquires, complaints, questions, and any other queries• Assist in answering the requirements about the (Credit Cards, Loans, Installments, POS, deposits, account verification/control, etc.)• Coordinate with different departments (Assurance, back office, quality, Insurance, Credit, Loans)• Support Voice support/assistant “IVR” and Internet banking• Grant customer satisfaction and guide them through any queries (CSR process from A to Z)• Provide training and guidance to the new hires• Assist with other different administrative rules
