- Penetrating new international markets .- Developing the business with the current Customers.- Following up on each customer requirements of Export Certifications.- Responsible for following-up Orders/PI with the Customers & Production department.- Following on the Orders/PI shipping, clearance & delivery date. - Inform customers by shipping details. - Confirming on the customer payment transfers. - After Shipping forwarding the Original documents. - Annual Customer satisfaction survey. - Following on the currency exchanging rate regarding the pricelist.- Reviewing the product cost sheet for the best possible discount.- Reviewing & following up on the competition for each export market.- Involving in the customers problem solving. As (Packing & Quality ).- Assisting the customers for POS materials at their markets.- Attending B2B meetings & websites registrations for more export expending.- Working on the yearly forecasting with the customers to approaching the maximum target.
