To provide a Career Guidance training for 4 Groups with 80 young beneficiary women to increase their chances to join the labour market and enhance their livelihoods.Leading cycle of design Career Coaching sessions with participants to build a relistic career plan

Design training manual covering; self-awareness, market exploration, setting goals and career planning. Provide +20 round of the designed manuals; offline and online training.

To provide a Life Skills and Employability training for +1200 trainees for the purpose of (Offline /Online Training Groups)  Delivered 18 training to 450 trainees, through designing material, to acquire trainees with employability skills to get hired It seeks to enable Participants to enter the labor market and reconcile their skills and previous work experience with what they want from a suitable job by using different tools Delivered training of a life skills and employability skills offline and online batches.

-- Livelihood's activities implementation•Act as a focal point for the operations regarding the coordination of the assessment interviews.•Assist with the project officer in planning for the implementation of livelihoods model cycle.•Ensure the quality of the conducted assessments and those decisions for cases are taken as per the project guidance.•Assist in writing monthly reports as well as field reports.-- Training and Coaching•Assist with mentors in Essential Work Skills curriculum development•Ensuring quality of the conducted training through constant follow up with the mentors on the coaching activities with refugees.•Follow up with the employed beneficiaries and provide career counselling.-- Coordinating psychological support•Coordinate all psychological support sessions with the mentor ship coordinators for the beneficiaries

• Trainer in Essential Work Skills (EWS) program for refugees on the following Courses. (self-management at work, work environment, problem solving, work positive attitude, self- effectiveness in team work, achieving self-professional work goals, communication skills)• Edit Essential Work Skills training materials to be tailored on vulnerable refugees according actual experience on the ground

•Conduct individual counseling sessions to assist youth to achieve employment goals Through the last 4 years, help 200 persons discover their career with career planning training sessions.

• Coordinate all activities of the life cycle of volunteers and training needs.• Act as focal point for volunteer’s department and lead the gathering of all the volunteer's data through an Information Management system
