• Establishing QA department for Egypt Office, including setting the strategic procedures and processes, training the newly hired employees in Development and QA departments on Debtlogic system, and working closely with project management team (performing as QA TL / Project manager officer)• Reviewing project’s Requirements, designs, test estimates and timelines.• Attending scheduled meetings with clients, to ensure proper collecting of requirements and understanding of client’s as well as projects’ needs.• Setting the strategic functions, procedures and processes for the QA department.• Coordinating with project management team regarding project’s milestones and statuses for QA• Deploying all internal/local QA/staging releases for Debt Logic product, coordinating, troubleshooting, and conducting root cause analysis for any occurred issues with the concerned party. • Generating, reviewing, and executing test plans, test cases, and user acceptance test cases documents• Conducting manual testing (Black Box , Ad hoc testing), reporting and verifying bugs (defects) using TFS • Major projects handled: Debt Logic (DL) Product including 11 customized projects, Bankruptcy project (BK), Timelive , SLSS AW, and Freedom Voice projects.• Participating in tools evaluation and selection for QA to maintain continuous improvement efforts.

• Participating in setting the strategic functions, procedures and processes for QA department• Full responsibility for testing the following projects: QIIB and IVR projects for Qatar International Islamic bank, IIAB and IVR project for International Islamic Arab bank, AUD Kiosk project and admin site for Abu Dhabi Police station, and CeniStar project for both client application and admin site.• Analyzing requirements, generating test cases, user acceptance test cases (UAT), and conducting QA testing for SWIFT products: Paygate™ Messenger product, FinMex™ product , and Kuwait Finance House (KFH)• Conducting needed training, developing, for newly hired QA and following up with them• Deploying all local releases for purpose of testing

• Participating in setting the strategic functions, procedures and processes for QA department.• Participating in developing the operation manual for QA department.• Conducting needed training, for newly hired QA and following up with them• Building the required templates, checklists for the company, with the help of other departments.• Full responsibility of testing ALTasir.com online version, and following up with customer and visitors feedback.• Conducting several sessions and presentations for QA and professional services departments’ concerned members regarding the EduWave™ Higher-Ed product functions and workflows.• Testing the following projects : ERP system, GRP system,and EduWave™ k-12 projects (for Bahrain mode, Amman mode, And NJ mode), EduWave™ Higher-Ed product for both Nizwa University and German Jordanian University
