Throughout my years in business, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about hitting numbers—it’s about creating environments where people and profits thrive together (and where there’s always enough coffee or energy drinks in the fridge). My experience as both a multi-unit franchisee and a franchisor rep has given me a 360° view of business growth. Whether scaling operations, optimizing budgets, or driving results, my goal has always been to build systems that win and teams that enjoy the journey.Working across the spectrum, I’ve built strong connections with CEOs, CFOs, middle management, and line staff. I’m still not sure if they’re laughing with me or at me—but we laugh a lot and break revenue records together.Some career highlights: • Finalist for “Small Business of the Year” by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce (not a bad day at the office) • Increased net income by 700% at Tampa Fitness Partners/Orangetheory Fitness West Florida/NORCAL (32 units) • Opened 7 of 8 locations in the prestigious “500 Pre-Sale Member Club” (yes, the 1 still bugs me) • Boosted company enterprise value by 600%, leading to an eight-figure sale to private equity in 2019 • Created and Managed $20M operational budgets and $1M annual marketing budgets • Presented retention, sales, and culture systems to international audiences at industry conferences, including IHRSA, Orangetheory Fitness Annual Conference, and REX Roundtables in Europe and BrazilThroughout my career, I’ve handled everything from creating P&Ls and proformas to personally raising over $4M in investment capital and negotiating more than 40 commercial leases, usually all at the same time! I’ve led teams of 500+ staff members across the United States, managed membership bases of over 55,000 across multiple states, and worked with C-suite executives on strategies that drive sustainable growth.As Managing Partner for Orangetheory West Florida, I grew the region from 8 to 27 locations over five years, overseeing everything from real estate selection to financial planning. It all culminated in one of the highest profit multiple sales in the network, which was a testament to the hard work of the entire team.The question I was asked most frequently during the 7 month private equity transaction was “how did you do so much with so little”.
