I’ve led teams of 500+ staff members across the United States, managed membership bases of over 55,000 across multiple states, and worked with C-suite executives on strategies that drive sustainable growth.As Managing Partner for Orangetheory West Florida, I grew the region from 8 to 27 locations over five years, overseeing everything from real estate selection to financial planning.
