• Organise and lead the infrastructure & EDC (Electronic Data Capture) system team(s) - focusing on delivering business value.• Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.• Budgeting• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. • Document any Changes Plan or deployed changes to ensure application integrity, security and compliance to the company standard• Manage troubleshooting in relation with client’s interface or usage of our system • Provide assistance to technical support staff when they are unable to resolve IT issues.• Enhance infrastructure and EDC system to fulfill business need.• Direct report to General Manager/ Director

• Plan and manage projects in network’s area• Daily monitoring link and network devices.• Implement network security devices like IPS, Network Scanner, and Firewall.• Implement new call center with predictive dialing system (PDS) feature to fulfill business need.• Create documantation for system’s change• Report to IT Infrastructure Manager.

• Create network topology to fulfill customer need• Make project’s timeline for device implementation to accomplish project’s goal• Conduct transfer knowledge session for customer• Make documentation for customer and internal.
