Recruited as a fresh graduate member of a marketing team providing in-depth analysis of Vietnamese and international crude oil markets / projection of price movements, then promoted to rebuild the team to make creative proposals on how to increase crude oil sales/supply efficiencies, assist supply team in strategies for Dung Quat refinery’s feedstocks in short/medium/long term, support PVOil’s subsidiary in Singapore in achieving their business targets. - Led restructuring project of PVOil’s subsidiary in Singapore, executed aggressive campaigns on limited budget, helped PVOil Singapore triple its annual profit to more than S$1 million by developing all necessary procedures to guide and control the subsidiary’s trading activities. - Issued thorough study of movements and behavior of traders and reasonable forecast of trading results with the focus on Vietnamese crude oil sales results, efficiently contributing to PVOil’s great recognition won from its principals, protecting PVOil’s crude oil agency revenue of around $10 million/year during oil price plunge 2014 – 2016.- Consulted for Dung Quat refinery on selection of the most potential crude oil grades for 2021 – 2040 by digging deep into the National Oil Companies’ mechanism of setting monthly Official Selling Price of grades in the list of refinery’s feedstocks.- Led and implemented successfully the national pricing formula project 2010 – 2012: Change of pricing formula of all Vietnamese crude oil and condensate to international benchmark Dated Brent, marking a big milestone in Vietnamese crude oil sales history.- Invited by Reuters/Refinitiv to be one of the speakers/panelists representing PVOil in Reuters’ oil and gas conferences held in Ho Chi Minh city in 2015 and 2019.
