- Taking responsibility for preparing, arranging the set with paperwork, equipments and coordinating with other members before and after the filming process.- Assisting other members as required by the Producer.- Connecting with relates departments such as location, casting, catering, editing,…- Assisting with the work at the studio, taking care of directors and customers; Assisting Producer and Production Manager in all areas of pre-production.- Monitoring the progress of the work and reporting to the team leader; Managing workflow and ensure deadlines.- Daily administrative tasks, including managing calendar and documents of meeting; express delivery management; comparing and checking the accuracy of paperwork; managing assets, facilities, and office equipment of the company.
