Interview borrowers to understand the specifics of their needs and financial status. Identify, request, and review government as well as income documents for loan modifications.  Collaborate with multiple serving departments (both internal and external to WF) to provide a resolution for borrowers throughout loss mitigation process.  Inform borrowers of changes to loan terms, important dates (such as foreclosure sales date) and important deadlines (such as when documents must be in before a file is closed out)  Ensure accurate information and complete packages are received in a timely manner, maintain, track, and log in multiple systems while conforming to government and internal compliance requirements  Remain as single point of contact to on average of 70 files throughout the loss mitigation, loan modification, and foreclosure processes. Work with borrower to set up work out payment plans and follow up on promised payments Generate branch production report daily and district production reports every other day using data from DIMA reporting system.
