IC MASTER is organized by the Faculty of International Communication and Culture, Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam. It is also a good environment for the student community across the country to exchange knowledge and learn from each other; thereby finding career direction and perfecting yourself in the future.My task is:- Project management: Taking on the role of Deputy Head of the Organization Department, I planed the overall project; managed the activities of each task board; reported results;- Event management: Managing the organization of the contest's events: planning the implementation, the overview program script, assigning personnel and monitoring the work progress;- Crisis management: Directly handling crises occurring during the organization process: event organization, communication, internal and external relations;- HR management: Directly working with the heads and deputy heads of tasks; assign personnel suitable to each function; crisis handling;- External relations: Directly working with partners and stake holders of the event.
