• Responsible for procurement sourcing and manage the raw material like cartons, labels, chemicals, machine... for all factory.• Receiving the request from the sales dept and the others dept from factory, issue PO/Contract, expediting the delivery timely.• Control lead time of all items/service and shorten lead time as much as possible. • Purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, keep cost down between the company needs to produce the best quality and competitive price.• Check the inventory frequently with the warehouse keeper to having the suitable planning.• Prepare reports and updates as and when required. Search for potential suppliers and choose suppliers based on quaility, service and cost.

• According to the production schedule and BOM, work with the production dept, operate with the ERP system, adjust the PO(Product Order), checking products for suitability and testing for performance under various conditions.• Successful to simplified the order description, reduce the time and expense form the cost inpults. Before deploying the new products, combine with the technical leader, provide the PO attach the specification garment and calculate the quotaion for the variety of the products all factory. • Monitor with the merchandise department, check emails and keeping up to date with trends and innovations. • Amend and inform the problems for the higher authorities when necessary, dealing with customer queries and complaints.• Support to resolve the difficulities, technical problems related to all activities, report that case to higher authorities, such as production managers and operations directors.
