Dougside Syndicate is primarily concerned with creative output in the form of artwork, music, video production, and publishing.Currently producing an ongoing podcast called Assault Of The 2-Headed Space Mules, creating music under the band name Flaming Schwarzkopf Experience, and drawing comics under the banner Tales From the Dougside!Released 3 new books in Sept/Oct 2013. The 392 page compendium Antisocial Lawnmower compiles over 25 years of comic strips, illustrations and memoirs. Tales From The Dougside's Horrible Book Of Horrors Book 1&2 are 32 pages each and compile some of my favorite horror themed strips. These were created in conjunction with my appearances at FantaCon in Albany, NY and Buffalo ComiCon.Recently finished production on Deluxe Re-issues of my first four books, which were released August 29th, 2015 at FantaCon in Albany, NY.The new Flaming Schwarzkopf Experience album, Train Wrecks and Hobo Love Songs, Volume 2, was released in March 2016.Current project is a new 40 page, full-color book, entitled "We All Travel Time," which collects some comic book short stories created by my brother Rick Arthur, and featuring new art and stories he and I are creating especially for the volume. All the original black and white artwork is being colorized using modern technologies and techniques. A September 2016 release is scheduled with a July 2016 Kickstarter anticipated!
