Set up and managed the human resources system at a startup with 70 staffs, being in charge of the given KPI and budget for the HR department, planned and executed monthly HR plan.1. Recruitment: Conducted the monthly recruitment/ headhunt plan to ensure the labor force as required by all departments (about 10 staffs per month): IT, sales, marketing, customer service, teacher management, academic research, HR2. Employee service: Co-ordinated the human resources and workplace relations activities: monthly/annual team-bulding activities for about 40 staffs at Hanoi office3. C&B: Prepared the monthly salary statement for 70 staffs along with accounting department, administered the labor contracts 4. Training & Development: Planned, conducted the onboarding/ training program for new and existing staffs based on the demands with 3-4 ongoing internal courses every month5. Employer Branding: Regularly updated employer branding channels (fanpage Antoree Careers/Humans of Antoree/website Careers) 6. Admin: Other administrator tasks

- Reported monthly/weekly sales results to manager- Supported the sales force with general operations: assigned the leads to salesmen, trained new members, improved the current sales process,... to help reach the team’s objectives- Analyzed the real-time sales database to keep track with the outcome results of a 5-member sales team

Antoree is a supportive community of learners and teachers, helping each other with English education. The classes are conducted online, via Skype, and are strictly 1-on-1: One learner, one teacher.MY RESPONSIBILITIES- Received the inbound leads from different marketing channels, sold products (English online courses for adults and kids) via phone calls and Skype conversations, established and developed customer relationships, assured the stable conversion rate at 2 - 2.5%- Attracted potential customers from various channels (Facebook, website..) by answering and suggesting information regarding to product and service - Resolved product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determined the cause of the problem; selected and explained the best solution to solve the problem; expedited correction or adjustment and followed to ensure resolution

- Assisted foreign teachers in running 4 English Classes for children- Prepared the class materials (books, exercises, equipment...) and the weekly/monthly reports - Made regular updates with their parents to ensure the highest teaching and learning quality- Participated in special events held by the centre- Other duties as required by the Customer Service Manager
