While performing the duties of Project Superintendent, I have successfully supervised and completed 31 million dollars in upper end commercial projects. These projects included warehousing, multi story upper end Amenities Centers, Sales Centers, Fitness Centers, Meeting centers. In addition, Butler pre fabricated Buildings, several commercial free form pools, Tennis Courts, Play grounds, Golf Clubhouses with full commercial kitchens and out buildings, Dentist Offices, and multi building Mall build outs. Most of these projects where part of larger developments which required me to coordinate with multiple Owners, other General Contractors, State, and local authorities to ensure timely and efficient completions.I have been in the Construction industry for all of my adult life and I wish to continue to grow in this field.
