Responsible for development and implementation of global communication strategy based on the company's values, introducing and structuring high communication standards across 12+ markets, running global and Polish press office, ongoing coordination of communication activities, cooperation with partners and subcontractors, implementation of internal and external projects of the company covering such areas as customer service, CSR reporting, anti-crisis communication and internal training. As Head of Corporate, Crisis Communication and Local Community Relations Team at Havas PR Warsaw I was responsible for comprehensive communication advisory for agency’s key clients. I managed team of experienced PR consultants with unique industry knowledge and broad communication expertise. I developed agency’s corporate communication client portfolio. Providing effective advisory to agency's clients’ and support the process of building their reputation by working with stakeholders, NGOs, authorities, associations, public institutions and individuals was one of my essential challanges. I was also responsible for development and execution of effective communication strategies, helping to prevent and tackling communication issues. I helped to build support to clients’ projects and initiatives as well as created and strengthen brands’ image.

I joined Havas PR Warsaw to further develop my professional communication skills and focus on energy and automotive sectors. As Senior Consultant I was responsible for managing several client teams. I was responsible for development and implementation of communication strategies and full scope of daily PR activities. I supervised numerous projects covering external, internal and change communication. I focused on energy (Grupa Energa, Energa Obrót, Energa Operator, Energa Invest) and industry sector (Doosan, Rhenus, E.ON, PKP Cargo).I gained unique knowledge and experience on the local community relations projects – mostly from renewable energy (Polish Energy Partner, Eco-Wind Construction, EDP, Enerco, E.ON Renewables, GEO Renewables, PAI and West Coast Energy) and power grid infrastructure (Aldesa Nowa Energia, Dalekovod). Together with my colleagues, we developed first in the country social communication program for grid operator (PSE), which later became a standard part in Terms of Reference for all construction tenders. I provided comprehensive advisory to complex and challenging communication projects including rebranding and communication campaign (Polska. Z Energią działa lepiej) for Polish Energy Transmission and Distribution Company (PTPiREE). With several new client wins, I became Head of Teams for various clients from automotive (BMW Group Polska), new technology (SES Astra) and FMCG/Retail clients.I was also co-responsible for new business activities, media training, crisis communication projects.

I started my PR career at Grayling, back in 2006 when to company was acting as Mmd Corporate – the largest CEE network agency. I started as PR Assistant in Corporate Communication Team and over the years promoted to the positon of Account Manager responsible for agency’s key clients and own team of executives.
