Judicial assistants assist judges by:- check the prerequisites for initiating proceedings before the court on the received cases and prepare written drafts of orders, which they report to the relevant deputy chairman or chairman of a department;- draft legal acts;- study legal doctrine on specific issues of civil, commercial and criminal law and process;- study the practice of the application of the law of the individual court panels and, upon finding contradictions, notify the relevant deputy of the chairman;- study European and foreign national legislation, as well as the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights;- prepare projects for preliminary inquiries to the Court of the European Union;- prepare project proposals for programs financed by the EU and international institutions;- prepare drafts for responses to letters and alerts that require special legal knowledge;- assist the vice presidents and department heads in conducting international correspondence;- perform other tasks assigned by the president of the court, by his deputies, by the presidents of departments or by other judges

Analysis of court decisions and development of legislation in Bulgaria in the period 2013-2020

Assisting attorneys in preparing responses to pleadings, appeals, responses to appeals in civil litigation in relation to insurance, bank credit and enforcement proceedings. Management of executive cases of the office, preparation of requests to private bailiffs.
