Setting up ivr (including voice) and a system for distributing calls between voximplant ip telephony operators, integrating line status notifications into instant messengers and CRM.Development of an internal CRM with product sections for various cities, a knowledge base (blog), and monitoring the status of operators. Landing page layout. Created parsers to control competitors' sites, collect data about potential customers from Avito, 2Gis sites. Developed custom bots working through the interface of a regular user for whatsapp and telegram, as well as a front-end message scripting system.
