As a technical account manager, I use my experience in healthcare tech and EHR knowledge to provide recommendations and advice on healthcare technology adoptions. This includes not just providing my customers with a better understanding of Redox, but also of healthcare integrations as a whole. As Senior Product Manager, I apply my knowledge of provider workflows and the wider healthcare industry to foster engagement with Babyscripts, both from our patients and the healthcare organizations that provide our experience to their populations. I evaluate industry trends, competition, and changing user expectations to decide what is most important for us to develop. Much of my focus is on making use of EMR interoperability tools to alleviate duplication of work, streamline workflows, and develop solutions that customize the patient experience according to their unique healthcare and socioeconomic situations.As Senior Product Manager, I own:- Product Discovery: Identifying opportunities to improve our product offerings. This involves taking a "wouldn't it be nice if..." idea all the way to a well-researched and vetted proposal- Product Design: Creating the user workflows from the ground up, including user experience mock-ups, individual user stories, identifying success metrics, and stakeholder validation- Marketing and Implementation collateral: Translating the product design and engineering output into a cohesive message for our customers. I map value propositions to step-by-step "how to" guides to allow our customers to take advantage of our full product offerings- Continuous Improvement: I work with Engineering and the rest of our Product team to constantly evaluate opportunities for improvement, either in our processes or in our technology- Roadmapping: I work with the my fellow product managers to prioritize all our designs into the product roadmap

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As product manager of EMR integrations, I look to take advantages of healthcare interoperability standards and best practices to embed the Babyscripts experience as deeply as possible into providers standard workflows within the EMR. Babyscripts offers a variety of tools and resources dedicated to making pregnancies better for all, and the goal of my team is to make it as easy as possible for providers and patients to take advantages of these tools.
