Management of 4 teams responsible for the bank’s global infrastructure:- Network and Telecoms Operations team responsible for covering over 330 locations in 72 countries. The network consists of a large private MPLS backbone and regional provider managed MPLS services- Security and Browsing Services team managing 400+ firewall, Proxy and DNS devices in 60+ countries- Core Engineering team responsible for major projects on the global MPLS platform and Level 3 escalation of major or technical operational issues- Service Management team responsible for carrier management and internal client management maintaining and reporting on relevant SLA’s

Management of the team responsible for BNP Paribas’s global network infrastructure, a private MPLS network connecting the BNP Paribas group functions and subsidiaries. The network spans over 70 countries providing data, storage, market data, voice and video services with connectivity to 3rd party managed regional services.

Successful delivery of multiple large projects from conception to delivery. Projects have included;Programme managed the merger of the BNP and Banque Paribas global network infrastructures following their merger.Responsible for the relocation and fit out of more than 10 international office locations including Hong Kong, Singapore, Brussels, Amsterdam, Madrid, Qatar, Bahrain. These projects encompassed Supplier selection, RFP’s and negotiations covering LAN/WAN, Telephony, Audio Visual and cabling. Implementation of new offices from a building shell through to user adoption in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (Supplier selection, Datacentre, PABX, LAN, WAN, Cabling). The separation of 800 user business from parent company following acquisition and merger into BNP Paribas infrastructure. This included separation and disbandment of a large outsource contract covering desktop support through to LAN and WAN services.Management of a number of global RFP’s for International network services evaluating current and upcoming network services.Project management of 10,000+ port low latency LANProject managed deployment of Global MPLS network
