His communication skills during and post-lesson and his ability to convey issues to parents are exceptional, professional and caring. My daughter's skills and enthusiasm for guitar grew immensely under his tutelage. He was, and is, an inspirational man. A new and important career opportunity took him away from this area and so my daughter's weekly connection with him, sadly, came to a halt. My wife and I found Doc's character to be both old-school and fully progressive at the very same time - a rare and attractive combination for anyone looking to bridge the gap in their guitar skills or within their organization.
