Professor Mohammed Sadiq is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Rabat in 1980, having opted for an academic career within the very young Faculty of Medicine of Casablanca; he was part of the first team of anesthesia resuscitation and emergency medicine; who contributed to the medicalization of anesthesia in Morocco , and the creation of the Moroccan society of anesthesia -resuscitation in the 80s of the last century.To perfect his training he went to France to join the team of Professor Huguenard - one of the pioneers of anesthesiology in the world.Back in Morocco he continued to promote the discipline and continued to launch a dozen private clinics in Casablanca as a medical adviser.Always eager for knowledge, he left for the United States for rotations and passed successfully the USMLE tests at the age of 54, followed training in neuroscience and ventilatory pathology of the university of HarvardBack in Morocco he joined the hospital Cheikh Khalifa and Mohammed University 6 , where he devoted himself to what he likes the most -teaching and supervision of internal students and residents in medicine and intensive care, At the same time, he chaired the Pain Committee and led several meetings and scientific days on topics such as pain, life-saving emergencies and medical philosophy.Currently he is medical director of a trauma and pain management center in Casablanca , while continuing to give courses in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology affiliated with the Mohammed6 University of Health Sciences.Pr Mohammed SADIQ is married and father of 2 children with 3 grandchildren.
