In my role as consultant at Optilon I get the opportunity to leverage my experience from solving countless challenges within:• Warehouse operations ranging from developing new pallet types to automized picking solutions. • Distribution operations including global goods flow steering in multi-tier network• Development and implementation of advanced planning solutions (forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment planning, capacity planning) both for operation and tactical processes• Design and implementation of global SC planning processes, including Range management (phasing in/out of products).• Managing projects in different capacities within above areas.• Governing the development of operational and tactical planning processes.Besides the business related tasks, I always have engaged in contributing to the SC community and building my network with other peers through CSCMP where I have been a member since 1996.
