These positions often placed Mahoney as the Company spokesperson for critical communications to internal and external agencies. Regular assignments included managing large teams and projects with substantial financial impacts. As a high level project manager Mahoney was responsible for creating clear objectives, building the requirements, utilizing limited resources to care for the scope (cost, time and quality) of the project. In 2009 he earned a Six Sigma Green Belt. -
