Trained Kenyan and Carribean country medics, nurses and police officers in their respective levels of TCCC. These skills were necessary due to the elevated risk where we were operating.

I am assigned to the George Washington/Jefferson HQ as my USFS home unit and available as a national/international deployable FEMA resource.Experience on multiple large complex fires over numerous states and terrain as a firefighter on Type 2A Initial Attack crews. I have also recently served on a large fire in the summer of 2022 as a Wildland Fireline Paramedic (EMPF) and a large prescribed burn in 2023.

Providing crisis & critical care response during off time back in the United States.Delivered safe, compassionate care to patients recovering from medical emergencies, overdoses, acute respiratory failure, Gillian-Barre syndrome, strokes, undergoing advanced cardiac life support, dialysis, as well as post operative cases such as coronary artery bypass graft, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, valve replacement/angioplasty and vascular bypass to name a few. Very experienced in delivering safe and competent care to hundreds of covid positive patients. Austere Medical Relief is a nonprofit that serves to repurpose military veterans to provide emergency assistance to vulnerable populations caught in the crossfire of conflict zones.One critical project that we developed was a partnership with the Ukranian government to send in mobile training teams to train Ukranians in advanced tactical medicine, TCCC, and ATLS while also assessing and developing instructors and trainers. •We also established a training site in Sumy shortly after it was liberated from Russian forces that would help to train their own in proper medicine and tactics in a warzone environment. Austere Medical Relief group volunteers would live at that training site for approximately one year before the site was fully handed over to the Ukranian staff. •Over 12k were trained in total using this train-the-trainer model and in training sites that were intended to eventually be run entirely by Ukranians.Major operations have been scaled down due to funding.

Services at times provided for high-level officials including Representatives and Senators in our Nation's Capitol. I was also honored to serve our capitol fire, ems and law enforcement who got vaccinated while on duty.

• Partnership between NYP, Columbia University, and Special Operations Medical Coalition(SOM+C) to staff the Ryan F Larkin Field Hospital. This was a 200-bed facility where all patients were COVID-19 positive. and functioned as an intermediate intensive care facility.•This pandemic field hospital was named in honor of decorated U.S. Navy Seal Ryan F. Larkin (1987-2017), who served in Iraq and Afghanistan and lost the war against TBI.▪︎Only 150 doctors, nurses, and paramedics were chosen from over 800 former military medical providers who offered to staff this field hospital. •Primary duties included providing PCU/IMC level care to up to 5 COVID-19 positive and severely symptomatic patients. Additional duties included serving as a member on the crash team in the airway position as a paramedic.•All personnel wanted to show what military and special operations trained medical personnel could accomplish in a disaster setting while civilian scope of practice laws were suspended.

I have served on 3 large wildland fire operations as a casual federal employee in the 2018 fire season. 2 of those incidents were larger than 100K Acres.I worked on a 20-person wildland firefighting hand-crew. Our team responded to wildfires in Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada. I had hands-on experience working with chainsaws, hand-tools, and other fire-suppression tools. I also have experience conducting weather reports that affect our operations and safety minute to minute. Our team worked closely with US Forest Service crews, Bureau of Corrections crews, contract fire-suppression aircraft, and other government agencies to quickly and safely protect US natural resources as well as towns threatened by wildfire.

Marksmanship Training Unit1st MAW, III MEF United States Marine Corps | Secondary MOS 0933 Combat Marksmanship CoachExperience running line commands and range operations in Southeast Asia for the United States Marine Corps in an outside setting under weather conditions. •Responsible for the safety of my shooters and others in environments where the shooters are non-stationary and engaging targets that are appearing at unknown distances behind cover and without cover or concealment. Common core combat pistol/rifle/203/ crew served weapons syllabus includes remedial action drills for weapon jams in combat, how to properly shoot while moving using a combat glide, wind and environmental estimation, shooting formulas for distance and bullet drop, countering effects from spin and gravity, terminal ballistics. My duties also including teaching low level light engagement and night optics skills on the range.•Marksmanship coaches analyze difficulties of shooters during dry and live fire exercises in all phases of the Marine Corps Marksmanship Program during qualification and re-qualification. Additionally, they assist in the operation of firing ranges. This is not just limited to standard ranges but unknown distance, vehicle and aerial ranges and simulated indoor virtual simulated ranges as well.
