A PhD trained chemist, who has repeatedly shown proven capable of quickly understanding and successfully working with new markets and technologies. As a manager I believe that success only comes from a professional sales organisation that is dedicated to the use of a CRM, to ensure accurate revenue forecasts and generation of targeted marketing tools. This can only be achieved through regular feedback through formal review processes, coaching visits and regular contact with all front line staff. As a leader, I feel it is essential to remain connected to the market by having an open approach to discussions with all employees and being there at the front line with them; it is only through this can you make sound business decisions. My line managers and HR colleagues have fed back to me that I display a high level of emotional intelligence which has enabled me to understand and motivate those around me, making them and therefore myself, more effective.
