Specializing in WiFi Device Driver Development and Support SW Languages: C OS: LinuxDevelopment Milestones:• Initial Arris Telco CPE 802.11ac WiFi Gateway deployment to AT&T uVerse, including onsite support and training.• Implemented WiFi Tx QOS mapping variablead IPv4 DSCP – WiFi WMM tables.• Implemented Pair Protection Strings to authenticate Set Top Boxes (STBs), Video SSID priority, and WiFi interface Multicast/IGMP functionality in support of AT&T uVerse, Windstream Communications, and Frontier Communications Wifi Router Gateway to STB Video testing and deployment.• Fielded on-site Frontier Communications test trials of Arris Telco CPE, instrumental in obtaining a contract with Frontier’s FIOS deployments and uVerse upgrades.• A Zero-Touch WPS communication feature for Frontier Communications FIOS deployment allowing for out of the box no-hands automates WiFi Router Gateway - STB system setup.• Refined Automatic Channel change support routines to allow for low/medium/high interference environment settings. • Developed Wireless Survey routines to maintain WiFi channel: change history, change reasons, and common system channel scoring methods across multiple WiFi radios from both Broadcom and Quantenna. Channel scoring takes into account number of APs, Transmit Opportunity, and Channel Interference. • Initial development of 802.11ax/802.11ac plug-in modules in both Dual-Band and Tri-Band configurations, introducing interface discovery routines allowing for dynamic module types.

Staff Software Engineer with the Infrastructure Products Group (IPG) in Westford Mass, developing/supporting Embedded Software in the Forwarding Control path of the JUNOSe and JUNOS product lines. Languages used:C, Operating Systems used: VX Works, BSD UNIXDevelopment milestones:• Worked on a team converting single chassis In Service Software Upgrade (ISSU) to support Multi/Virtual Chassis SW/HW Synchronization at the Primary Forwarding Engine (PFE) level. • Added numerous monitoring capabilities to isolate various HW/SW issues associated with PFE/ISSU.• Worked on a team adding MAC-Validation support for Subscriber Interfaces.• Resolved numerous scaling issues associated with Graceful Restart of Aggregated Ethernet, PPPoE and DHCP .• Part of Jumiper’s Kernel hardening team involved with numerous improvements for system scalability.• Involved with the successful delivery of end to end system performance functionality improvements for Swisscom and Telenor. This included closely working on SQA Automation features written in Perl. • QOS Rate Limit Functionality development and support at the PFE layer for Aggregated Ethernet over VLANs.• Technical lead supporting the Broadcom SDK FW functionality for the MX chassis product line encompassing Ethernet switches and PHYs as well as SFP interfaces. Involved in numerous SDK upgrades.• Technical FW lead working with the HW board team developing Juniper’s first 24 port 10G SFP interface module. Included changing individual module initialization routines in the chassis initialization routines to more efficiently bring up all individual module types in chassis based systems going forward.
