I have a strong background in customer service, with over seven years of experience in the water industry. I am also fluent in Spanish and English, which enables me to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the customer care operations, as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of the customers. I work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to coordinate and deliver solutions that meet the customers' needs and expectations. I also train and coach the customer service staff, monitor and evaluate their performance, and implement policies and procedures that improve the customer care standards. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and supportive work environment for my team. I believe that by listening to and understanding the customers' feedback, we can continuously improve our products and services, and build long-term relationships with them.
