I have a passion for helping to build people and team cultures in ways that foster optimism, collaboration, self-awareness, and a growth mindset.For 2 decades, I have been involved in assisting high performance individuals and teams in both the corporate and athletic worlds find unique and customized solutions to the myriad challenges they face daily. My professional training was rather eclectic, with experiences in counselling, psychology, and kinesiology, but that combination has taught me to be able to consult in an effective, diplomatic way, while managing diverse personalities in order to achieve performance goals.
