I contributed over $100M to the top line over 24 months by attracting new talent for the firm in addition to sourcing acquisition candidates and working with the CEO on innovation-focused projects.

In this role, I managed their existing partnerships while growing new business and working with affiliates to enhance promotional offers. I contributed $10M+ of new business to their top line, led joint venture partnerships and acquisitions, and enhanced their marketing channels for recruiting and activating affiliates through performance-based compensation.
