I left here in August 2013 as I moved to Valencia, Spain and started working in the Valencia Store (Arena, Alfahuir). I represent the brand through personal style, provide customer service, recruit new staff and maintain presentation standards. Here I have gained invaluable experience and knowledge into the design and formatting involved in creating the unique environment of a retail giant. My duties are to provide great customer service to the customers on shop floor, changing rooms and also maintain the stock out on shop floor. I also have to keep up to date with the changes in the store as we constantly are adapting to new fashion. Further more I worked with a team of U.S. ‘store-openers’ and was involved with the opening of our Gilly Hicks store in Stratford, London.

I spoke to several clients such as Mitie, Norlands, Integral and Canary Wharf to discuss vacancies and score them on as live roles which I sent my candidates forward for.

Here I was a choreographer for the; Elegance Cultral Show, which took place at Savoy Theatre to raise money for GOSH in February 2011 and 2012. My duty was to choreograph dances and catwalks, the catwalk/dance group I organized and selected students to be in for 2012 was called “Esta Loca”. With a great group under me, I launched our Youtube video promoting the show with the group which gained over 1,700 YouTube hits and 250 Facebook likes within a week. Towards the show and the charity I also had to raise up as much money as I could. This was from businesses through sponsorship deals. Here I had to call and meet up with several businesses’ (such as Flownerds, River Island, Trap Star) and negotiate with them to sponsor the show and in return provide them with publicity such as advertising space in the show and brochures.
