Dr. Gary Cagle brings to any mission more than three decades of experience in all levels of public health, operational medical response, and disaster medical logistics. His talents have been used in many different countries and situations around the world. As President and CEO of CDI Medical, he led the testing and fielding of new medical treatment and support systems for use in a variety of environments and situations worldwide. As Vice-President of Operations for Diogenec Group LLP, he worked with many different clients in public health as well as disaster medical logistics and response situations (both real-world and training exercises). Over his career he has supplied expert public health, medical operations and logistical support to both governmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) such as HHS, CDC, DoD, WHO, UNDP, Team Rubicon and many other organizations, both nationally and internationally. As well as deploying to numerous humanitarian operations in the United States, Dr. Cagle has developed disaster response plans and operations for and/or worked in many different remote and less developed locations around the world. He has also helped plan, lead, and execute numerous public health disaster and emergency medical responses to situations as diverse as the H1N1 flu epidemic, COVID 19 response, terrorist strikes, earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes.
