Since the pandemic of 2020, Tanisha Hall has been working in the mental health field, serving the community. She has a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and will complete her Doctorate in Social Work with a concentration in Education in May 2023. Tanisha is dedicated to providing efficient services. Although an Associate Therapist working toward licensure, Tanisha has experience treating individuals with bipolar illness, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, adjustment disorder, psychotic disorder, and major depression.Tanisha has considerable expertise with individual psychotherapy, group facilitation, coaching, mentorship, intense case management, mindfulness meditation, trauma-informed treatment, and health and wellbeing.Tanisha is skilled in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Integrative Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Life Coaching. Tanisha's core premise is to assist children, teenagers, and adults in overcoming their fears of the unknown and discovering their true identities. Tanisha believes in developing intercultural competencies, which include the power to help people from various backgrounds, as a good Therapist must appreciate, respect, and communicate with individuals from all walks of life.
