In the past five years, she has taken 150+ individuals from a journey of illness to wellness by restoring their mental, emotional and physical health. Her aim is to work with people to create a simple, effective yet personalised plan to address all their concerns holistically. She integrates modalities of modern medicine and traditional healing arts like Handwriting analysis, Emotional Freedom/Empowerment technique, Affirmations, Chakra healing, etc creating a unique individualised approach. There is a broad spectrum of issues that she has worked with that range from physical illnesses to emotional-mental wellbeing concerns; like Cancer, Hormonal imbalances, Skin issues, Infertility, Neurological problems, Digestive issues and many more such physical health concerns. From an emotional and mental health point, she has worked with people who had Depression, OCD, Anxiety, Stress, Emotional imbalances, Relationship disharmony, etc. She has co-created a niche program for holistic fitness. She is creating various other tools and programs which can simplify health and living. She empowers individuals to be in charge of their health, lifestyle and wellbeing.
