After receiving his doctor of dental surgery, he continued his education at Carolinas Medical Center for two years where he obtained a certificate in oral medicine. Dr. Yaste is the founder of Ballantyne Dentistry and Charlotte Dental Implant Solutions. These practices focus in finding solutions for adult patients who have dental issues with an emphasis on sedation, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. For three consecutive years his office has had the honor of being awarded Fortune's Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare, an achievement he credits to the hard work and determination of his employees.
