I have thirty five years’ experience in Document Control working in Australia and overseas as Document Control Manager and Lead Document Controller on a variety of home office engineering, procurement and site construction projects. I specialise in improving workflows and procedures to deliver EPC projects, and developing and deploying new Electronic Document Management Systems corporately. I lead teams of up to 20+ for large EPC project executions and work most productively when hands-on in a task force environment. I build motivated Document Control teams, both Design and Vendor, who return to me for repeat work. I deliver the Document Control function reliably and consistently for stakeholders and Clients. I can execute large or small projects as required.Current project with Wood in Kuwait based in the Directorate office overseeing three concurrent work packages. As PMC Document Control Manger I managed the three PMC teams located in EPC Contractors offices. The KNPC Clean Fuels Project upgrades existing facilities and creates two new refineries with a total installed cost of US$16 billion.
