Delivery of local newspaper to homes and businesses in the Paulding County areas

Started as a delivery driver before quickly working my way up to Lead Driver. Primary responsibilities were the training of new CSR's and drivers. In addition to Lead duties, I was still responsible for making and delivering orders to customers. As a closing driver I would be required to clean and sanitize the store, take nightly inventory, and input sales for the day.My General Manager transferred to another store and asked I come with him to train the CSR staff as Shift Leader. While there was responsible for running shifts as well as continuing to train new hires. While not a CSR for a long time, I gained enough experience from driving and CSR to go to franchise as an Assistant Manager.At the Cowabunga franchise, I helped with the transition from their old POS to the new Pulse POS system for the employees. Working late nights and early mornings both allowed me to have a complete understanding of the activities of the store. In doing so I managed to find ways to help raise the sales while keeping food costs low.
