• Design, manage, and deliver formative and outcome evaluations of educational programs and instructional initiatives. o The MCPS extended school year calendar initiative. Findings resulted in creating new communication structures and an additional position to support the initiative.o The MCPS Science of Reading/Structure Literacy pilot. Findings informed system-wide implementation the following year and professional learning content related to assessment, parent communication, and differentiation in the classroom.o The MCPS virtual learning program (K-12) to provide information for improving operations. • Develop data collection instruments (such as surveys, observation, focus groups, and interview protocols). o In collaboration with program staff, developed an observation protocol for a district-wide reading program that provides implementation feedback to program staff.• Collect large amounts of data and analyze using qualitative and quantitative methods, including advanced statistics using SPSS and data visualizations using Canva.• Communicate evaluation and research findings in a clear and visually effective manner to a range of educational audiences using a variety of presentation formats.• Analyzed and reported data from the College Tracks Advisory Program (a college access program) that provided evidence for expanding the program and increased funding of $1.8 million.o Resulted in more students having the necessary support while navigating the college application process.

Co-created and managed annual MCPS Special Education Parent Summit to provide opportunities for connection and learning between school and community, increasing attendance by over 75% from 2014 to 2018.Developed inter office project team related to Special Education Assessment of English learners resulting in the development of first-ever professional learning and guidelines in large, suburban school district.
