I am an HSE and Training / Competence Manager with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. I have a proven track record of leading HSE practices across varying sized contracts / projects, ensuring situational control and driving improvements. In my most recent role as Training and Competence Manager for an international oil and gas services company, I successfully led an integration programme following the acquisition of a drilling contractor, achieving zero non-conformances in ISO audits with ‘noteworthy effort’ recognition.
