* Main Roles & Responsibilities:Recruitment:- Guiding and monitoring the recruitment needs of departments and branches.- Planning recruitment budget, recruitment strategy.- Searching, screening candidates. Manage all interview process.- Seeking information and building relationships in sales, information technology, insurances...- Running job-fair, recruitment promotions in university to maintain good relationship for hunting well-graduated student.- In-charge of on-boarding program and monitor probation-end process.Training:- Build-up and implement training plan, training programs. Manage training evaluation and record procedures; training record.- Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.- Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.- Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.- Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.

- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.- Build effective working relationships with local recruitment providers and stakeholders e.g. online recruitment channels. Attending job fairs, standing at a staff and talking with graduates and job seekers. - Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover. Make sure recruitment drives are cost effective and develop action plans to improve retention.- Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence.- Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation
