Center hosted more than 25,000 visitors annually in the first five years upon receiving positive reviews from major automotive news outlets. • Managed the $1.5 million project to re-purpose company facilities using multiple vendors to produce a substantive business conference in preparation for Delphi’s spin-off from General Motors. Conference received high ratings for content and execution from both guests and participants.• Developed requirement documents to contract professional services to support Delphi’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange including transfer agency and shareholder services, annual report creation and distribution. Coordinated monthly board of directors’ meetings coordination to streamline activities and produce more effective meetings.
