We employed many medical students and residents as support staff. Ken Dodd helped during many of these go lives and became a welcome member of our team and one of the best advisors on the project. He was always willing to help, one time staying for a triple shift of 30 hours because we had a new physician that was struggling and a hole in the support schedule. He works well with physicians giving them adequate space while also stearing them to an understanding of the EHR. Ken always remains calm.
