Responsible for all materials procurement in Total E&P Indonesia in mahakam block area. Assisting also for all materials procurement in other Total E&P block area in Indonesia.

Responsible to manage the stock, inventory, transit, acceptance and warehouse to support operation in Mahakam Area. This means providing the highest service level possible, reducing shortage with high tournover ratio rate.

To be responsible for the all phases of the projects conception, development and implementation of the Supply Chain dashboard using SAP BW web application for the E&P subsidiary, reporting to the Project Sponsorship for the coordination and supervision of all project activities.Responsibilities are generally as follows:• To ensure that the project are executed in accordance with the company quality compliance and in line with specification, together with any special requirements that may be stipulated in the contract.• Development, executed and monitor the project supply chain dashboard, including resource allocation, time management, and change management responsibility to ensure the project are supplied to schedule, quality, and budget.• Management of all project activities within the project team e.g. between IT department, developer, business, etc• Coordinate the required support from the business requirement dependant on project size complexity and resource availability

Website Electronic Tendering (eSourcing)Responsible to design, develop, and implement the electronic tenders system in the E&P subsidiary and project which are compliance with Company policies-procedures, and tender procedures,Facilitate the use of the tool by providing administrative support to the Company’s internal clients and external vendors. Assist users within affiliate in using esourcing tool and its subsequent versions. Assist suppliers and subcontractors for RFQ's launched by their operating centre or within their own geography,Be responsible for daily administration, user support, and feedback through the process. Be responsible for the creating of projects and RFQ within Capital Projects; The RFQ is launch on the internet,Be responsible for the live negotiation in the platform, Be responsible to train the users and Contractors/Suppliers within affiliate, capital projects, and categories in using the tool.
