Technical & Application Support:Review, analyze and offer suitable solutions to the most complex technical challenges;Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of Rosemount solutions and other Business Units products, Industry trends and applications;Provide technical, application support and expertise in a timely manner to sales and marketing service teams for low to complex queries;Develop extended knowledge and expertise over minimum two product families in Measurement Solutions, to propose customer alternative solutions based on application tech description and technical details;Interact with Sales Offices/Design authority/Product company/ Suppliers/ Supply Chain/ Product Management and Service organization on finding the best solutions for Customer applications;Go in production and provide product support for manufacturing engineers and other manufacturing functions according to the process;Technical trainings:Deliver technical training sessions to the local organization, European sales teams and Service engineers;Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of M&A products and solutions.Identify training needs within the sales force based on the application/ technical queries received

-Review, analyze and offer suitable solutions to the most complex technical challenges; provide recommendations to stakeholders through appropriate channels;-Offer applications/start up support for engineers on site;-Manage promptly and professionally all issues reported by customers;-Pursue improvement projects on existing support as deemed necessary from current performance;-Provide feedback to Product Management on product performance and shortfalls;-Collaborate, communicate and align activities with all European Sales & Service teams to understand customer needs and requirements;

- Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met;- Collaborate with a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to produce a variety of technicaldocumentation (user manuals, risk assessments, test reports, etc);- Schedules due dates for drawings, specifications, software, technical manuals, and other documents;- Monitors status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule;- Ensure the documentation meets the relevant regulatory requirements;- Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements;- Submits project documentation to management for approval, and transmits approved documents to customer;- Confers with engineers, managers, customers, and others to discuss project, prepare documents, or modify contract schedules;
