With over 20 years of experience in the electrical interconnection of various devices and applications, I am a well-seasoned engineer, project manager, technical writer and marketer with international exposure and a passion for finding better solutions for internal and external customers. As the Business Development Manager for the Americas at TANAKA PRECIOUS METALS America, I am responsible for new business acquisition, marketing, and technical support for TANAKA products throughout the Americas.My core competencies include thermosonic, ultrasonic, resistance, and laser bonding/welding with different wires, ribbons, and collector plates, as well as process and equipment engineering, quality control, reliability, failure analysis, and statistical analysis. I also have extensive experience in business development, technical sales, project management, product marketing, and applications engineering in various countries and regions. I hold a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Adelaide and multiple patents in the field of conductive bumps and wire loops. My mission is to leverage my technical expertise and market knowledge to create value for TANAKA and its customers, and to contribute to the innovation and growth of the industry.
