With over 20 years of experience in the electrical interconnection of various devices and applications, I am a well-seasoned engineer, project manager, technical writer and marketer with international exposure and a passion for finding better solutions for internal and external customers. As the Business Development Manager for the Americas at TANAKA PRECIOUS METALS America, I am responsible for new business acquisition, marketing, and technical support for TANAKA products throughout the Americas.My core competencies include thermosonic, ultrasonic, resistance, and laser bonding/welding with different wires, ribbons, and collector plates, as well as process and equipment engineering, quality control, reliability, failure analysis, and statistical analysis. I also have extensive experience in business development, technical sales, project management, product marketing, and applications engineering in various countries and regions. I hold a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Adelaide and multiple patents in the field of conductive bumps and wire loops.
