Reporting to the CCO, I am in charge from the company start-up of the marketing strategy, the entire products and services company portfolio, the design and monitoring of Customer eXperience, Commercial Communication, and negotiating the main strategic deals of the company.Main results:- Marketing/sales department start-up. From zero to 3 million of end customer base with 200 operators - Launched 10+ new innovative services- Negotiated strategic agreements with main telecom partners (Wind, Vodafone, Fastweb) and new players (Sky, Iliad, Enel)

Defining and launching the new services in fixed and mobile market managing cross-functional team, end-to-end performance management and improvement to improve the Customer eXperience. Gained leadership in broadband market (1st alternative operator), improve end-to-end KPIs and NPS.
