About Diego De Oliveira
As a software developer with over 10 years of experience, I worked in a variety of industries (FinTech’s, software houses, and healthcare), company sizes (from startups to large enterprises) and technologies (C# and node.js, monoliths and microservices, frontend and backend). Since 2015 I've been focusing on backend development with node.js, delivering cloud native and containerized applications. I also have a proven ability to lead small teams, being able to communicate with non-technical people doing requirement analysis and translating technical requirements, while acting as a technical reference defining guidelines, processes and workflows to delivery high quality software and reliable systems. I also have experience creating applications from scratch (requirement analysis to production deployment), integrating different complex systems and dealing with high volume / high throughput (design and implementation of scalable systems). I'm also able to conduct interviews and provide feedbacks, both during the interview process itself and during workdays, helping with company growth and career development of individual members.
