 Monitor the factory workers basic rights related issues (i.e. health and safety) through Alliance ‘Amader Kotha’ Workers Helpline. Network with external organizations and stakeholders to promote more responsible business practices, innovation & collaboration. Ensure factory compliance in the areas of local labor standards, health and work safety, and environmental protection at factory’s premises.  Communicate with factory management in response of workers call in helpline and confirm training schedule. Follow-up and monitor factory improvement on any identified non-compliance issues. Coordinate 17 staffs to operate 24/7 helpline service and support training team during training program, assessment and factory opening meeting. Arrange monthly meeting to disburse job responsibility and evaluate previous performance of the team Finalize staffs’ duty rosters and coordinate with finance department and other logistics. Follow up spreadsheet and training plan before finalizing and regular call entry on CRM checking Provide monthly reports as directed or requested, to keep the senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.

 Communicate with factory management and set training schedule.  Train up master trainers of various garments factory on how to use helpline during emergency. Guide and monitor co-trainers and get review every day's report.  Arrange different training for co-trainers and helpline representatives. Prepare weekly, monthly report and share with ‘Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety’.  Organize and deliver presentation on every week to ‘Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety’ on current status of training.  Create, maintain and update database on regular basis of trainees and Emergency Contact Numbers (ECN) on regular basis.

 Analyze the prospective and present Distributors’ strength and weakness in the market. New Agent and Customer acquisition. Generate and update Agents’ record as per the method. Achieve monthly sales target. Monitor and guide the Merchandising Officers regularly.  Allocate monthly ‘Point Of Sale Advertising Materials’ (POSM) for all the markets in the territory. Visit Prospective Agents and Markets on regular basis. Collect the market feedback and inform the Higher Authority. Report daily and weekly sales activities to the Area Manager. Analyze business requirements and prepare documents as per the process flow. Organize minimum one campaign per week to create customer awareness about the service.  Collaborate with cross–functional departments like Customer Service, Technical Team, Logistic and Accounts Department.
