●Hand Over (House Bank/Petty cash make sure it balance, Log book)

●Prepare today arrival guest (key card, registration card, correspondence with in power pro system)
●Courtesy depature guest list (late check out charge and ensure all guest check out at latest 12:00 P.M)
●Always do the detail on guest check out folio
●Ask the guest comment and suggest to comment on trip advisor
●ensure all check out room is 12 p.m, and ensure most of the room is ready for check in upon guest arrival

- hand over clearly to the next shift, attend afternoon briefing

- report the cashier closing to fo spv / dm
